Amendments to the Procedure for issuing and receiving electronic invoices have been published. They will go into effect July 1st.
EDI operators will be able to sign documents with an automatic electronic signature, and not with an electronic signature of an authorized person. An exception is cases when the issuance and receipt of electronic invoices and the exchange of other documents is carried out using a single information system through an authorized body.
